Money Back Guarantee
We only used the finest materials for our prints and guarantee their quality so if you're not happy we will offer you a full refund and you get to keep the print - no questions asked.
This guarantee lasts for 14 days from receipt of your print and if 14 days have passed since delivery we sadly can’t offer you this money back guarantee.
Additionally, we are unable to offer refunds on the following:
1) Gift cards
2) Any downloadable content
Printing Issues or lost orders
If, for whatever reason, there is a problem with your print on delivery or the print becomes lost in the post please do just get in touch and we will arrange a replacement print for you at no cost to yourself.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges unless items are defective or damaged.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days however if after this time your refund has come through please try the following:
1) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
